I love, love, love this small business! The customer service provided by the owner is remarkable, and not something experienced very often in today’s world. I have ordered two of these tags previously and needed another but could not decide on a color palette. The owner was so kind and patient with me! She helped me sort through different options until we found the one that was just right. No question i had went unanswered. The quality of the product is incredible. I chose gold glitter and it’s so beautiful! I would (and do) highly recommend PP! These tags are beautiful and well worth the money. They have held up well on all my Bogg bags that have been carried over and over. Shipping and receiving time from order has also been very quick for each of my orders.
